If you placed an order and did not receive an email with an order confirmation, please check your spam box first as the order confirmation maybe in your spam box.
If you still did not receive the order confirmation, please let us know immediately via the "Contact Us" page and provide us with date/details of the order you had placed so that we can check it further and assist you.
We process and ship orders during normal business days/times, therefore if you placed your order during the weekend or a public holiday your order will not be processed and shipped until the next business day.
If two business days have passed since placing your order and you still did not receive shipping tracking details, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page so that we can check this further and assist you.
If you placed an order and have received an order confirmation and wish to make changes to that order, you must contact us immediately via our "Contact Us" page and let us know your order details and what are the changes you wish to make. We may be able to make such changes to your order provided that your order hasn't been already processed and shipped.
